Global Warming- the increase in average temperature of the earth’s air and sea, caused by humans
Climate Change- The change in the earths temperature naturally
IPCC- International Panel on Climate Change
Greenhouse Gas- carbon dioxide, methane, ozone, and the fluorocarbons
climate- the composite or generally prevailing weather for a region or the whole world
Greenhouse effect- greenhouse gases causing the atmosphere to deteriorate, then causing the earth to warm.
Atmosphere- a layer of gases that protects the earth from the harmful rays of the sun.
UNFCCC- The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change
Ozone layer- a layer of gas that protects us from the sun similar to the atmosphere.
Alternative fuels- fuels other than gas that cause less pollution and are more efficient.
